Job description
A) Supervision for sales & Marketing team :
- Develop & communicate goals & results to all marketing & sales personal.
- Develop performance standards.
- Supervise ongoing employee training
- Complete & administer a yearly merit review with all analysis reports.
- Continually build upon personal skills & knowledge.
B) Marketing :
- Prepare & review marketing plans with employees on regular basis.
- Review individual department marketing plans weekly/monthly/annually.
- Review individual departments sales & promotion programs weekly/monthly/annually
C) Profitability & sales :
- Profitability & sales involves establishment achieving sales & profitability goals. & increasing the market share through regular sales efforts.
- Establish profit expectations
- Establish sales goals & develop plans to achieve them
D) Service :
- Ensure all customers receive continues & efficient service from company.
- Handle claims & complaints promptly.
E) Reporting :
- Submit daily, monthly reports & recommendation to the Directors on regular basis.
- All other duties & responsibilities that would be assigned by the management from time to time
Overall responsible for company’s yearly sales targets & related achievements.
